Greensboro Dance Theatre at Oak Ridge was formed in 2005 by artistic director Leslie Nagle. The studio offers expert instruction in many different areas such as ballet, break dance, hip-hop, jazz, lyrical, modern, tap, yoga, musical theater, and a boys funk class. The staff offers classes for the young and mature dancer, teaching them to love dance and build not only their coordination skills but also their sense of self-confidence. The classes have a great format, containing warm-ups to increase flexibility, new steps learned each week, combinations, and performance opportunities.
