After completing her dance training at Greensboro Dance Theatre, Lauren Farrington went to Appalachian State University to continue her dance career. While intensively studying modern, ballet, jazz and pilates, she danced and choreographed for Appalachian Dance Ensemble, a modern company based out of Boone, North Carolina, as well as the North Carolina Dance Festival. In the summer of 2005, Lauren completed her certification in Classical Pilates, and has since taught group and private classes in Boone, NC and Greensboro, NC. Lauren loves sharing her passion with students of all ages, and is sure to make every class exciting and challenging. | |
