Greensboro Dance Theatre currently is the home for our competitive team - The Carolina Company Dancers. Leslie Nagle is the driving force behind our company. Her creativity, dedication to perfection and multi-talented faculty make us what we are. We are currently 80 members strong with each member possessing a strong passion for the art of dance. As if we weren’t already busy enough in technique classes, we also participate in two conventions and competitions each year such as Co Dance, Dance USA, Jump, LA Dance Force, New York City Dance Alliance, Showstopper, The Pulse, Stars Of Tomorrow, Tremaine, and West Coast Dance Explosion. We are proud to have received a number of awards and scholarships over the years. Entry into the Carolina Company Dancers is by audition, which we hold at the end of our season in June. We feel that exposure to different instructors and teaching styles are very important in the training of a young dancer. During the course of the year we will be bringing in top choreographers from New York and L.A. for our special Master Class Series.
